Yo Ducky, Buddy??? Uhhh, So are you saying you did the rod bearings first? 
And NOW going to do the Mains??? 
You should do your mains first, and plasti guage all of them before you start connecting rods to the crank. I guess you could do it this way, BUT, I sure wouldn't. I like to be able to turn the crank over without any restrictions whatsoever. Be able to feel it, and how smooth it is or isn't. Then start connecting rods. Between you and 66stepside, you guys are making me have to hang out.

NO no i didn't connect anything yet just checked the clearences because i was bored and haven't pulled the balancer yet so i got the standard size and check all of them so that way i had a jump on putting it back together the rods were checked then taken off the crank

Ok, but you did plasiguage between the bearing and the rod journal on the crank, then took them back off? If so, thats fine then.

New update got the balancer and timing chain cover off so hopefully tomorrow i will be able to get the crank out and check the main bearings and take some pics
