Changed the Oil, Oil Filter, and Fuel filter man did the Fuel filter change make a big difference in my idle and driving
I also changed the oil and filter on my dads 03 F450 v10 and the fuel filter on his 05 F150 and my brothers 04 F150 which made a huge difference on them 04 had 73k on it my dads 05 had 125k on it
