Well, I was a NYS motor vehicle inspector for a number of years, I was also an EMT, and did some research to find out exactly what was legal on my own vehicle, I have a bachelor's degree in Computer & Information Sciences and I married a Fed.

One our long trip last weekend, I got 15MPG on the '70 Rover. I still think that it reads KPM, but hubby refuses to think it gets worse milage than my '04.
