Ok, I have a question.. and this is an honest question, because I haven't looked under a new F-150 to see how they're made. Does the Raptor use a different frame than a 'regular' F-150 or do the rest of you guys have the thinned-out frame over the bump stops and a not fully-boxed frame for the rear frame section?![]()
Ford did a large amount of chest thumping when the Tundra came out about how their frame (F-150) was fully boxed (yet the "Super Duty" is not.......). I would guess that the Raptor frame is different.
That's called marketing. Companies do that to convince people their trucks are superior. You should be familiar with the concept.
