Keep in mind you will end up with two sets of tools. A set for home and a set for work.

So if Craftsman is what you have or need to buy, no problem. Use them for a while at work, make some money, then cycle them into the box at home.

Right the money is going towards good tools rather than good toolbox. Tools is what fixes things not toolboxes. Toolboxes are just there for storage and decoration.
true but u have the whole time your in school to get everything half price right?:dunno:

Here's pics of the US General toolbox from Harbor Freight.

Yes i can get them anytime up to graduation which middle of June of 2012 from snapon or matco. Mactool has student program but students cant order online to get the discount. You have to fax order or order tool truck.

I went to the pawn shop. They sell there sockets for $1.50 each. Here's what brands I saw Easco, Fleet, Husky, Napa, SP, Kobalt, Craftsman, SK tool, Sk wayne, and thorsen.

I bought some of the older craftsman sockets, any sktool/wayne socket, 1 thorsen 1 1/16 socket, and any kobalt impact socket that was there.

They had 3/8 air impact wrench by matco but they wanted $40 for it.

1.50/per for sockets isn't really a rip off but the only ones on the list that I would have bought are the SK's. Some of those sockets though would be less than 1.50/per if you bought them in a set brand new.

I bought 7 sockets today at the fleamarket for $6 bucks. One was kobalt/snapon socket, old armstrong socket, and the rest were sk sockets.

i also got a 1/2in drive 5/8 spark plug socket by easco from the pawn shop the other day too.
