Didn't know any Berettas were still on the road. Haven't seen one here since the 1990s.

Got 4 points

30 to open close to 87
85 to86

ohm meter leads on 86 and 85 is 120 ohms.

Okay, well, you said 11.6 v so this is definitely different. Coil sounds fine to me

Ok, Bad fuel pump then. I been saying bad fuel pump all along but my buddy says it still be spark issue. Car will start on carb cleaner.

Or a bad ECM. See if there is power at the fuel pump

Just because the coil is good in the relay does not mean it is a good relay. Their is still a set of contacts in it that you did not test Swap it with one of the others in the relay panel. That is the simplest thing ever to to try

I understand the pump is not working. I get that. You need to see if there is power to it, if there isn't you will be throwing more bad money at this by putting a pump in first

No change in swapping relays with another one on the car.

EDIT: No pressure on the fuel pressure relief valve when releasing the fuel pressure.

Re-Read the penguins post again. It is known that the pump isn't working, but do you get power at the pump?

Is there power and a ground at the pump itself?

Im not sure without dropping the tank. I'll to see if I can rear of car up in air enough to see. The test wire was just a red wire.

According to the Haynes manual there is black and gray going to the fuel pump. When checking the fuel pump test wire it goes to all zeros when engine is cranking.

Ground wire to the fuel pump was nowhere to be found. I guess Haynes manual lied. Just bought a owners manual for it for $5 on ebay and factory service manual set of 2 books for $5 on ebay.
