Didn't know any Berettas were still on the road. Haven't seen one here since the 1990s.
Got 4 points

ohm meter leads on 86 and 85 is 120 ohms.
Okay, well, you said 11.6 v so this is definitely different. Coil sounds fine to me
Ok, Bad fuel pump then. I been saying bad fuel pump all along but my buddy says it still be spark issue. Car will start on carb cleaner.

Or a bad ECM. See if there is power at the fuel pump
Just because the coil is good in the relay does not mean it is a good relay. Their is still a set of contacts in it that you did not test Swap it with one of the others in the relay panel. That is the simplest thing ever to to try
I understand the pump is not working. I get that. You need to see if there is power to it, if there isn't you will be throwing more bad money at this by putting a pump in first
Re-Read the penguins post again. It is known that the pump isn't working, but do you get power at the pump?I understand the pump is not working. I get that. You need to see if there is power to it, if there isn't you will be throwing more bad money at this by putting a pump in first
No change in swapping relays with another one on the car.
EDIT: No pressure on the fuel pressure relief valve when releasing the fuel pressure.
Is there power and a ground at the pump itself?
