Na they are on the waiting list. Still have the plug-n-play HID bulbs in them and they still work. Just never use them because I don't need them and they are freakishly bright.

Nice! What's the deal with the relay? Is that recent or is it already replaced?

That was a while back, already replaced and running 100%. The connectors got rusty, we figure some water must have collected in the relay. Brain sent me a new relay ASAP for free. for his customer service!

Edited to add: you need up update your sig image now Matt!

So you aren't planning a retrofit for them? Or you might? When I get my 06/08 bumper on I want to run 6000k HIDs off the bad in the fogs. Would aiming them down low run efficient enough for low on-coming glare? The glare is a reason I would not want to run HIDs in my 04/05 fogs.

If I retrofit them I might, but that will be a while. I will not run them as is, though. The bulb is directly exposed, so regardless of how they are aimed, other drivers will be looking directly at a lit-up HID bulb.

Matt; Do you have any pictures? The ones in the thread are gone :skull: Been really tempted to do this once I get the funds.

PS - Do you still have the HID's?

Unfortunately I don't....lost them when I cleared out my Flickr account. They weren't any more helpful than the ones in the F150Online How-To thread, though.

I am still rocking the projectors, if that's what you mean? Don't have any spare HIDs.

How difficult would you say this was? I have next to NO patience so I'll have to have someone help me with it

I'd say if you are decent with your hands and tinkering with stuff you'll be fine....just take your time. By far the hardest part is getting apart the headlight lenses without damaging them. Next hardest part is getting the projectors aligned properly. Both things require patience. Something I tend to lack.

Thanks man. I was running a set of aftermarket LEDs with black interior housings......with a light shade of tint. The tint faded, though, on all three tails (left/right/3rd), so I'm working on replacing them with stockers. I got bored with the all-black ass so I wanted something to make it pop!

Waiting on the 3rd.....it should be in tomorrow.
