Truck Starts Hard at Times

Fuel pressure regulator.

It hard to start more when in the sun and idles rough at times too. Its was cloudy and rainy today with no hard start issues.

Sounds like you need to tint the headlights. Sun is clearly leaking in and evaporating all of your gas.

Plus when parked sun I have strong gas smell.

What is the spider and what does it look like? Are you referring the map/mf sensor?

It's still the fuel pump.

Fuel tested at 52. Tested from that plug in with the black cap thats on the intake.

No, we aren't. It's the pump. You said "It starts hard sometimes" not "This bitch is dead in the Wal mart parking lot, and I had to tow it home"

Put a fuel pump in it, a filter, and a new gas cap.
