Truck Starts Hard at Times

Ah, you shoulda done it, Dave. They aren't too bad, really.

Been too hot here to do it myself. Yesterday it was 102 degrees.

Remember Dave, techs work in all weather. If one of my techs told me it was too cold to work (and trust me, it gets chilly here) I would have to let him go.

When I was a tech, I worked in all weather. 115* heat when I lived in the lower 48 to -45* as a field tech on the north slope of Alaska.

You cannot tell your boss you don't feel like pullin' a Chevy fuel pump because it's too hot.

The wrenchin' life isn't for everyone. You better figure that out.

I'm not only mechanic that pays others to do vehicle repairs. I know some other exp mechanics here localy that told me that they would paid someone else in this hot weather.

So, has your mechanic got your fuel pump replaced yet? Or is he waiting 'till it cools off a bit?

Naw. Truck is back home now and idling better now too.
