A guy on our F150 site had them done by someone from HIDPlanet.com. Generally if you want a retrofit done you sign up over there and ask around. Probably what I'll do if this doesn't work.
I can say right off the bat that I'm glad I went with these. They are much higher quality than the DDMs I had before. Not to mention I don't have to wait on shipping. Kit includes a fancy box, instructions, all wiring (no pig tails), ballasts, bulbs, and mounting stuff (metal brackets, zip-ties, double-sided sticky pads).
I'll attempt an install later this afternoon, but no promises. When I do install them I'll likely do everything and start working on the glare shields asap. Will go to Wally world tonight to pick up a few supplies.
Amazon. With one day shipping I think I paid about $100. Now that I think about it before DDM lowered their prices that's about what I paid for their kit, since they charge extra for the Hi/Lo.
I've got a set of 6000K XenonLink Hi/Lo HIDs that look pretty much exactly like what you've posted, they're for sale too since I never installed them and won't be needing them at this point.
