Got the oil changed... Drove it to dinner and lunch..

Truck sat all day.

Truck's going to the shop for some paint corrections that bother the shizznet out of me. So while its there im going to have them do all the plastics. And don't worry it won't see any salt. Im holding this off until early spring once they quit laying the salt.

I still gotta pull the bed off and strip the frame, then paint it And dump the exhaust over the center of the axle with a 5" tip Lots of work left

What are you going to use on the frame? POR15?

Yeah Im going to be a little different and get a 5. If I dont like it, then I'll get a smaller one. You will barely see it anyway.

No POR, Im just going to strip the frame down to metal with a power drill with a wire bit. I started tonight on my side frame and it works pretty well. Then paint it gloss black cause i like the shine

I had to go out last night and pick my daughter and her boyfriend up. It appears they hit a pot hole. It looked like it broke the CV axle. She told me where the pot hole was, and I told her I hit the same one. You can't see it until it's to late, and it's a doozy. They were able to drive about 3/4 of a mile before it snapped.

Went to go look at a Tahoe for interior parts. The guy listed the wrong color. In addition, the one dash piece I want requires removing the entire dash.

Drove it to town for breakfast, then sprayed the salt and crap off of it, and crept home trying not to crap it up too bad.

Put 70mi on it driving to a friend's house and back for the Super Bowl.

I'm thinking something is wrong....again. I'm almost at 1/2 tank and I'm only at 130mi. Usually I hit 200mi by this point. If my new fuel filter is leaking I'm gonna be pissed .
