Got a tune-up done, and made the switch over to Mobil 1 synthetic oil. Now my cousins/friends took it to Whistler, B.C for the weekend.

tried to start it, the battery was dead. i will NEVER EVER,EVER,EVER,EVER,EVAR buy a napa battery again, thats the third one in two years(it was a premium gold series too), screw warranty i will get another delco. :facepalm:

i was going to start it and move it in preperation of cleaning it tommorow.:)

If you're not using the truck that often then investing in a float charger (trickle charger) might be a good idea, no matter what battery you use in it. Even one of those solar trickle chargers would help, if it's kept outdoors.

oh i could probly do that, but if a battery is unhooked why does it go dead? :dunno:

My truck will sometimes sit for weeks without being started and still fire up no problem!

Heck, My car once sat for 2 months with the battery hooked up and started up just fine :thumbs:

Almost got in a wreck yesterday from someone in a blue Silverado pulling out infront of me, blew dust off it today with the leaf blower.
