Check your ground cables too. My old Sierra had some issues with running and starting rough that turned out to be just a ground cable that needed replaced.

Is there any brands of fuel pump to stay way from when buying from Rockauto? Autobest, Ac delco, performance electric, bosch, carter, delphi, spectra premium, and denso.

Airtex always works great. I have a new one sitting on my floor as we speak.

Best bet to get would be AC Delco, cant go wrong with OEM.

The Delcos I have ordered, always came Airtex. If I am not mistaken, they are the supplier. This box here even says "O.E. Supplier" right on the box.

EDIT: I just checked, and you can get both. I have just always got the Airtex.

Do get the whole pump or just the pump kit? Autozone has 2 different ones listed. Should I replace the fuel pump wiring harness along with the strainer?
