Truck Starts Hard at Times

97 K1500 5.7L. Replaced wires w/napa, plugs w/ac delco, dizzy cap w/napa and rotor button w/napa. Checked gap on plugs and were already pre gapped to .060 according to the sticker on the radiator support.

I bet its that shitty ethenal gas were using causing this.

Fuel filter maybe? It's an easy change on that truck, Dave. I'd change the filter first. It's only a few bucks and a few minutes.

Fuel filter was already changed 7200 miles ago.

Check the fuel pressure regulator for leaks and check "FUEL PRESSURE" at the engine.

I used to change my tahoe's fuel filter more often than I thought was necessary because it would run rough.
