A high-heat paint. There are two I can think of off the top of my head: BBQ paint and header paint. I've used both and have had better results with the header paint from Duplicolor. If you use a clear coat be sure it has a high temperature rating, too.what did you paint your exhaust tips with? im thinking of doin that to mine because they never stay clean, theyre polished SS so theyll last a while but theyre dirty lol. when i remove the chrome rocker panel off my truck im goin to do more stuff black. i might even paint my roush grill as well...

Mine still get dirty, but it's not as noticeable. More or less they just get dusty-looking.

yea but couldnt you just wash the dust off simply? no polishing or any of that shit. it gets old and i never have time to do it. shouldnt be hard to paint them. did you scratch up the surface on them or anything like that?
