I can think of a hundred other ways I'd rather drop $500.

From what I've seen, by the time a detector goes off, you're already caught anyway.

I have one.. i just use it for a spotter... cheap cobra.. and it actually works damn good.. i usually do 5-10 over thats it. Im not a speed demon... i think people that do 20+ on a DAILY basis are dangerous and wreckless. I know we all haul ass at some point.. but every day? lol

Exactly just as a safeguard. I probably do 10 over max unless I'm on a major interstate going with traffic.

I used to also keep the one I had in the WS6 handy for when I f-d around in back streets and way out in the sticks on the roads. Burnouts are fun, even to the officer you didn't see watching you

Waste of money if you ask me. Just don't do more than 10 mph over the speed limit, and they usually will leave you alone. I think the law gives you 10.5% over the posted speed limit.

Legally a cop can nail you for 1 over. It is a speed LIMIT.

Some cops will let 15 over slide, others will only give you 7.
