The Good news is, I picked up my truck today 12/31/09, the really big bad new is after taking off on the third street light my new and "improved" drive shaft FAILED!!! 
That was literally, in every sense of the word, drive shaft #2. What a shitty situation that was let me tell ya!

hey what u-joints are they using?, i refuse to use anything other than the non-greasible spicer u-joints, worth thier cost, outlast any others i have tried.

I have no idea what u-joint they sold to me but this is what they have on the receipt, Performed drive shaft replacement with upgrade performance drive shaft. Fabricated customer drive shaft hoop. "C4-31z133-F3 One Piece Steel DriveShaft 182HRS-11 1/8 X 2 Steel"
