Oh, I see the problem. Your driveshaft was hollow so it was too weak. :D

so have you got a quote on a new one?

Not yet I'm looking at also doing a dana 60 at the same time but I'll do something on Monday, today I have a busy day you know :naughty: wife is being massage right now I'm next.

Why not SAS it? Except then you would need to sell that sweet Rize kit you have on there. MT is a wealth of info on axles and gearing. :thumbs:

I would see what the dealer could do. Than use that untill you get one made up and keep it for a back up or sell it.

I have approved a custom steel drive shaft to be built and powder coated to match my customer upper A arms shown on the pic. below. The drive shaft will include a high performance yoke and U joint and bracket. Total price $1600 parts and labor.

I have approved a custom steel drive shaft to be built and powder coated to match my customer upper A arms shown on the pic. below. The drive shaft will include a high performance yoke and U joint and bracket. Total price $1600 parts and labor.

Nice! That is going to be a sick setup! are you just getting the rear driveshaft built and keeping the stock front one?
