I'm using the Bel RX65 PRO, like my dad.. It probably saved me a few times yesterday and today.. Although, it did seem to go off several times when I never DID see anything.. :dunno: Better safe than sorry, though!

I have had a Escort Passport X50 Blue for 3.5 years now and love it. My buddy and I did a lot of research and I bought mine with a Gift Certificate I had for Best Buy and snagged it for $200.

I have 3 friends with the 9500xi and it is BFA!!! We have this one spot on I-95 that local SD sits out at and shoots laser, it is the same spot everytime I swear. So we put it in his Radar as a Speed Trap and now he has it set for 3 miles notification IIRC. Now when we are cruising down the highway it will come up and say "Speed Trap Ahead" and it will start counting down how far from it. That is too cool. I also like the false alarm sensor. You can have it set for if you have a store that it goes off at it everytime you go by, it will ignore it.

If I were to buy another one right now it would be the 9500xi NO DOUBT! Get the mirror mount and invisicord and be good to go.

*But like J-Rod said it isn't always perfect. I got pulled over by a cop who just pulled up next time me saw how fast he was going and slammed on the brakes and pulled me over :fume:*

All in all best out there IMO

Radar test.

I am going to be getting the Escort 9500ix very soon

Like maybe this weekend

Look on www.craigslist.org I seen one for $325.00 in my area. I have three Escort radars I like them but I seen this video on You-Tube comparing Escort to Valentine and it did much better do your home work and see the videos then decide.
Good luck! GMC

YouTube - Beltronics STi-R, Escort Passport 9500ci, Valentine One (V1) versus 34.7 Ka Opposite Side There is just so many videos to see. The one I seen was different.

YouTube - V1 - 9500ci - RX65e - RX65 - Pro78 - 1734 vs Ramet AD9 C

YouTube - Dodge Charger with a Laser Jammer Look at this one. I like......:D2

I haven't checked the site in a while, but I used RadarRoy.com to do a lot of my comparison shopping, back when I bought my Bel (several years back). I liked that they usually took several different devices at once and did the same tests on the same day in the same circumstances.

That's where we did all our research

I don't even remember where I heard about him. But, it at least seemed like they were doing objective testing, rather than "who paid us the most money? They're the best!" :uhoh:
