The AJE shat showed up yesterday. Cross member is for a TH350. This K member is light. My last exam was today so it's spring break and I'm going to be at the shop tomorrow and then all next week. Tomorrow I'll be sanding body parts all day, which will be as fun as it sounds. :suicide:

I'm getting the TH350 from a friend and he's going to build it. It also comes with a Yank converter that I'm going to ship off to get inspected and possibly retooled. I'd like something in the 3600-4000 range if it isn't already, I forget what the stall speed is.

:drinking:

Any idea what mods your bud is going to do to the Th350??? I have a feeling you're gonna need a few. Have you by chance considered a glide??? What kind of times you looking at or guestimating???

No glide. I don't know exactly what he's doing to the th350, but I'm not concerned. He's built plenty of transmissions in high HP cars and trucks over the years. If it does blow then I'll get another

It's going to put somewhere between 450-500 to the wheels on spray and weigh under 3000lbs with gas and me. For now it's going to have 2 seats and a cage and I'll eventually piece together the interior, so it's going to be very light.

It looked like it was about to rain all day so I didn't do any blasting.

Got the deck lid sanded, going to blast the inside

That took a lot of time and was a pita. Some inbred assfWONk decided to put in an autozone sun roof. The sunroof required removing the roof support which makes the roof floppy and weak. I have a support and it will go in tomorrow.

Yeah like it wouldn't leak  Or screw the entire roof.

I'm sort of glad this thing needs so much work, it should keep me busy for a while.
