I actually got mine installed a day after they showed up.... but the install is a bit of a pita.

I don't think there are any trucks that make it easy to install handles. After doing 3 I got the hang of it

I think you are right. I did the chrome handles that are on Fred now, so I have it figured out.

Having done my drivers side already & hearing thats the hardest part, I feel highly confident
. Being able to remove the door panel with your eyes closed in 2 mins helps too ( yeah i'm good at these )Oh Jeff, that reminds me, how was the tailgate handle removal? I have not done this yet, easy? tricky? My bed is Line-X'd but the upper plate looks removable. I'm guessing thats what I pull off?
