New PTM Handles are on! **Pic Heavy

I don't think there are any trucks that make it easy to install handles. After doing 3 I got the hang of it

Having done my drivers side already & hearing thats the hardest part, I feel highly confident . Being able to remove the door panel with your eyes closed in 2 mins helps too ( yeah i'm good at these )


Oh Jeff, that reminds me, how was the tailgate handle removal? I have not done this yet, easy? tricky? My bed is Line-X'd but the upper plate looks removable. I'm guessing thats what I pull off?

Yeah just pull off the top panel you are talking about un bolt and bolt new one in literally is that easy. if it takes you longer than 5mins you suck

yep!

My old Silverado it was just the 3 bolts, easy to pull off. F150 its the entire upper panel, never pulled it off yet, just trying to get it right before I pull it apart

sweet deal. Once I get the dealership to activate my keypad handle i'll then ship out my handles, maybe with some '09 badges and mirror caps but idk about all that yet. Inspection is due this month and I still have a bent tailpipe to fix to pass.
