I am goin with Dynatech when I do it
I glanced over those. One, I didn't see any bungs for the pre-cat O2s. Second, the primaries look like they are only tacked in place on the flange. Of course, this is the pictures I can find.

Quite certain they have everything you need. I would contact them before you make the assumption that the o2 sensor bungs aren't there. Jarrod has a set on his.

They are high quality, not just tack welded

The reason I ask is because there is the crappy ebay/Chinese headers that seem to hold up fairly well, but might not have a perfect fit. They usually run around the 300 dollar range. Then there are the top notch, fully stainless, well put together headers like ARH/Stainlessworks/Dynatech. Those will be closer to 700-900 dollar range.
I saw the Stainless works. The only ones I saw were for the 8.1. The ones listed for the 1/2tons were double the price ($1400). I know the LS are all the same, but is there a difference why the ones for the 1/2tons won't fit the HDs?
I would give them a call. I think people have used them on HD's.

I work with a guy with a 03HD with the 6.0 and he mentioned he was looking for headers. I told him about this forum and about Blackbear. He did end up emailing Justin at Blackbear and he told me that Justin suggested Doug Thorley headers for his particular truck. I think he quoted him around $600ish. Not sure if that included shipping or not. :dunno:
Why don't you send Justin an email and ask him yourself about what headers they sell that will fit on a HD and are in your price range?

Your email bounced back!

You mentioned that you wanted to keep stock components with the LTs, that will require a ton of modification on your end. An OR Y pipe would be better suited.

We do sell Doug Thorley headers, and just make a large purchase of them. We also like the AEM LTs, and Dynatechs if you want to spend some $$$.

My Dynatech's had pre cat bungs welded in already. I did have to add a second pre-cat bung for my AFR probe though.

How about these?

Is there any negatives to merge the two banks here than at the muffler as the OEM setup? It would save a bit of room than running two sets of pipes.

Deal fell thru with Justin.

Thought about these, before the Dynatechs. I'm not too concerned about the finish as I plan on wrapping them. If I can the same quality of the Dynatechs at half the price, I'm all for it. Its the quality I am worried about. They need to work with a TVS...:ninja:
