I appreciate the kind words, guys. Believe me, I've debated everything mentioned (removing decals, light bar, headlights, etc). Just been lazy lately.

Damn we have some good looking trucks in here. I like the truck all blacked out but I'd never run those black tails and I'd lose the bedside decal! That grille emblem is cool!

They aren't really that dark...it was just an overcast day. They do look darker in some conditions, but it's only a light coat of Niteshades. That plus LED tails gives great visibility. You can see them light up in bright sunlight.


Just went out and took this. A little too much chrome for my taste, but it makes them visible. I only have 1.5-2 light coats of tint on them. The reason they look black is because the inside of the light itself is black even without tint. (See here)
