Thanks peeps. Well today I started knocking out that transmission list, my friend is giving me his list of things I need to replace to be able to hold up to an 11 second pass.
Today I ordered the rear 5 pinion planetary set, $175 bucks, and maybe tomorrow I'll pick up the front pinion set. That one is a little more at $240. Then I think I have another $800 or so in parts to buy, then around $500 to pay my bud to pull the trans, build it up and put it back in....I'm ready!
Thinking that after I get the trans built and my 4.56's I'll just put a cam in the 5.3 and spray it, until I find out what motor i wanna run. I'm gonna sell that ls1 I have....

Yeah Im excited! I tried to buy a cowl hood last night off eBay but eBay wouldnt let me sign in, so I said what the hell let me go ahead and get my performance underway

I'm getting the fronts too. I'll get those and the other stuff on next weeks check, had to put tires on my daily and gave my dad 400 to fix the ac on it while I'm at work. Its not just one website I'm buying from, my guy has a list of different ones who have the best stuff.
