Peeps are wanting to see a little bit about how the truck got to where its at....so here it is.

Bought the truck June '06. Pulled all the dang extras off of it (brushguards, running boards, etc.) and cleaned it up a bit with some mud terrains, cranked the keys, then did small things like billet grille and colormatched a small amount of stuff, cleaned it up.

Then me a guy on GMFullsize by the SC of "Rays4x4" and he had just got done lowering his lifted 4x4, and I fell in love. I picked his brain, and a few others on there, and lowered mine also, and eventually drove to oklahoma where he was located and swapped some stuff for his 22's. He eventually lifted his back up and sold it I think.

In about 2 months I spent $5K on the truck. All the best lowering parts, wheels, etc. Since then (about august of '09 is when I started the lowering and modding) I have spent probably another $3K on more looks such as everything colormatched, tailgate and rollpan shaved and painted, bedsides smoothed, painted, all the dash inside painted, under the hood done up......

Done some performance mods: P & P'd throttle body, CAI, vette servo, tune, trucool 40K, dynatech LT headers and 3" duals, ls1 fans, and some others I cant remember.

On to pics.

When I got it.

Then sold the mud terrains for some H/T's....looked terrible without the mudders IMO.

Then right about that time got the itch to lower. I had a guy do a photoshop of that pic lowered and couldnt help myself.

started ordering stuff. New clears, led tails, shocks and belltech drop stuff, best bolt in c-notch you can buy.....all that crap. purple keys etc...
