I have had maintenance to do, this will be a summer project for next year. The HU is in and the door speakers are too. The 5 channel amp is sitting in my room and I still need the sub, box and wiring. I had to dropped 1k on school, had brake issues after a front brake job so nearly another 1k, and now Ford is quoting me 1k on the rear brakes since I have an issue back there. Not even worrying about it for quite some time, just too busy with full time and school and over full time at work. Money is going to saving and expenses of priority

I'm RIGHT THERE with you. I had my stereo planned for a year now. I have 3 amps I pulled from a no longer running vehicle, have most of my wire from said vehicle and installed all new speaker wire and new door speakers and upgraded my charging system and am waiting on the HU. Head unit is $250-$750 used-new.

Since then I had to replace a tire($465) steering and suspension shiz $1,500 ish ,maitenance/up keep plus life's expensive etc.:(

$2 Grand to fix the brake system(front and back)? HOLY FWONK!!!

I was flabbergasted when I found out the upgrade I want to do on my brake system is $750-$1,000.

It sucks man, even mroe bad news... going to have my front end isues need to get checked at the dealer next week and my new brakes rubbed... Just loving this right now :wtf?:

For a plethora of audio install tips, techniques, and even vehicle wiring info, go check out www.the12volt.com
They even have forums for everything from car audio and video, to remote starters and alarms. I have been a member on the forums there for about 12 years now.

Thanks Scotty, I'll check it out bud  I've used DIYMA as well
