I'm already working on mine....I borrowed the mount from my tripod.I just hope my camera isn't too heavy :dunno:

I'll try to snag a video with my phone of how sturdy this thing is. I don't think your camcorder will have a problem.

Here is the stability test. The camera tripod part is loose because the camera is not attached. The rest of the setup is pretty rigid.

Just finished with mine a little bit ago....prolly won't be able to test it 'til tuesday.I did mount it to the front pass. headrest and it seems pretty good...but the seat isn't really solid,but I have an idea for that....
It cost me a grand total of $2.00(for the clamps),I had all the rest of the stuff on hand :thumbs:

Yeah,I had to paint it :D

The view from the camera out the front is pretty good....just to the right of the rearview mirror :thumbs:
