Check the resistance of all the resistors, make sure they still match what the colors say.
Google for: resistor color code
And you'll get your values.

Check for any leakages on the capacitors.

It's hard to see anything in those pictures... They're pretty grainy.

I agree, I got a color chart and I plan to attack it today. I think it is pretty interesting how they are color coded. I knew there was a method to this madness, I am looking forward to getting deeper into it now.

And also, if possible, clear pictures

And a digi-key catalogue if you're going to fix it yourself.

You are still missing the point. I knwo the difference in joking and not. I have no issue taking a joke. But insulting me becuase I am tyring to learn is different. I applaud anyone who is man enough to aks questions no matter how simple they may appear to others. We all had to learn how to walk. This multimeter thing is no different.
