I hope it all works out and you get the money to do the SS bumper. Sucks that you have to jump through all the stupid insurance company hoops.

It should be smooth sailing from here. Converter should be going in soon too, just need my assistant/personwhoknowsHTFtoputaconverterinlikebackofhand to get some free time and the fluids, filter, and trans cooler fittings.

Well I'm driving a victory red HHR. It's pretty lame. The truck is at my dad's shop, Geico wouldn't cover a few brackets or braces because they couldn't see them IE the adjuster didn't want to get on his back. The bumper will be off tomorrow morning and they will either inspect it themselves or take the shops word for it and cut another check.

Gotta love that. If such a thing happens in my case i'll remove the bumper in the parking lot

lol. Well the bumper is off and there are more things broken that couldn't be seen before. I didn't get the complete list because I was busy cleaning my Glock 19, but what a bad idea on Geico's part to not cover the main braces until bumper was removed. Geico was supposed to go in today and check it out but they didn't, so it's just an added day in the HHR on their dime.
