Scheduled to meet with the adjuster this Wednesday. This is my 1st accident so idk how this works, but apparently all of their adjusters meet people with claims @ body shops. There were only 3 within 15~ minutes, and only 1 of them that could work with my schedule next week. When she started mentioning the adjuster meeting @ a body shop I said I already had a quote, and asked if they were getting another. She said no, but the adjuster had to inspect it @ a body shop. I'm suspecting their in bed with said shops to give low ball quotes but whatever...I'm taking the quote I already got because I know it isn't a low ball estimate with cheap non-GM parts.

Thats some bullshit there. You need to put your foot down. Tell them to hurry up and just pay you already. They already admitted she was at fault, now they wanna keep dragging this shit out and have you jump thru hoops. Simply tell them to pretty much "Shit or get off the pot" or you will have to take this to "the next level". But don't tell them what "the next level" means, even if they ask you.
I'd say this word for word:

"You've had more than enough time to settle this. I'm tired of jumping thru hoops and playing your hopping around to body shop games , now you can either pay me for my damages or I will have to take this to the next level. The ball is in your court, now Good Day sir".

They did try to set me up with a deal that involved me dropping my truck off at a shop of their choice and them having a rental car waiting at said shop for me. I was like YeahNO, I already have a body shop lined up to do the work and transportation isn't a problem.
