Thanks, J-Rod. I just didn't want to thread-jack. Wasn't sure if Jeff was asking whether he should buy a pair or not.

What most call involved I call fun. :D
:uhoh: Hopefully he'll forgive us. It does look like fun though, my supercharger install has been fun too.

I'm not a big fan of them, ruins the physical daylight look of the lights, but the light output looks fantastic since they're the proper way to run HIDs.

I've been in contact with the guy that built those HID projects for way2qk4u2c (the guy on the other site) and hopefully will have something worked out soon.

I think way2qk4u2c got the 2.5" projectors, I'll probably go with the 3", and as drperry suggested, the reflector bowl will be blacked out as well. I'm debating about leaving the angel eye off for the turn/parking light, but I think I'm gonna add "devil" eyes to the projects, probably red.

Yeah Matt I saw those vids a while back it looks pretty involved I would definitely need to pick up a spare set of headlights  I already have one spare light sitting in the garage just need one more.

I like the look of his lights but would agree a shroud may not look bad. I just hate the look of all the projectors for the 04-08 F150s

I wouldn't mind tackling it myself but it seems like it would still be pretty expensive either way. How much would 3" projectors be?

Oh BTW NCSU- Those lights look sick

I was also thinking about trying to do the work myself, but it seems Brian at sickhids.com has done a bunch of these and can do a better job than I could, and quicker.

IIRC the 3" projectors are $100 more than the 2.5". I still need to talk with Brian on the phone to get details. I'm also going to see if he can fab up something for my fogs.

Then again, depending on the cost, I might see if he can fab up something totally new for the heads too!

Don't know about those demon eyes. I was under the impression anything blue or red on the front of the vehicle is illegal (for obvious reasons).

That's what I thought too. The halos/demon eyes can be put on a separate switch though right?

What is the real difference btwn halos and demon eyes? Demon Eyes are just red???
