I had an 88 F150 with 3" single exhaust that dumped out the side in front of the rear wheel. I put on a high flow cat and the muffler I used was called the Warlock, can't remember who made it. But I would cruise thru parking lots and it would set off alarms...............

:rollin: Do you have exhaust on your current truck, Ken?

I asked the guy about putting a high-flo cat on, and he said (surprise surprise) that it is illegal to replace a cat in California unless it's defective.

FYI... Your exhaust is going to sound nothing like your buddies Silverado...

Different engines are going to sound completely different.

It's why you can always tell if a truck is a GMT-400 with a 350 before you see the vehicle

That's not to say it won't sound good, but it won't sound the same :)
