Sweet. I didn't see this thread before.

Why didn't you just tint the outer housing itself?

Exactly what type of sealant did you use to glue everything back together?

I believe he is going to smoke the light later as am I. We have been using the Black RTV Silicone Sealant. Napa, Wally World and others carry it.

I like the idea of this because when you do smoke them they have a deeper color not a cherry red. and I like the look of no chrome underneath the lense

I was just curious, as everyone else just tints the outsides.

Yeah that sucks. I was going to glue it back together while I was still ahead of myself but nope, had to try a little harder and *.......crrrrack!*

Oh well, my new exhaust has be happy to be fine with it.
