Why didn't you just tint the outer housing itself?

Exactly what type of sealant did you use to glue everything back together?

I believe he is going to smoke the light later as am I. We have been using the Black RTV Silicone Sealant. Napa, Wally World and others carry it.

I like the idea of this because when you do smoke them they have a deeper color not a cherry red. and I like the look of no chrome underneath the lense
