Update:
Went to check the bondo and it was set. Started sanding and had some low spots so i had to patch those. Now i'm waiting for that to set. Hopefully it'll be good and i can start on the primer.

What about doing a PTM on the main sections and black in the middle on the raised part?

I knew bondo was easier to use, and it's what was used in the thread that i found.

Update:
Went ahead and primered the sides of the dash, bout to go check the bondo and see if it's set.
