Some advice, if those are oem dodge cab lights, here's the most effective/watertight fix... buy 2011 ones, the covers fit exact. Trust me on this one, my dad has a 2004.5 2500 Cummins and he did it and he said he hadn't seen it done before. Apparently the guys on the forum he lurks at complain about the Recon's leaking so he went and tried it and success!

Well my mother in law came over to check the truck out, she started it up and it died,did this 3 times in a row. Never started hard though. I did a quick google search and it seems to be a common problem with the hemi, I think it needs a new egr valve. At least its not expensive.

well that sucks. I would take it back and tell them the problem and if they are a good dealership they would fix it for free for you since you just bought it.


But nice truck. My dad has an 05 Hemi in gray color with around 80,000 miles and it runs great. I believe he had something with the egr replaced and it wasn't cheap if I remember correctly. I am waiting for him to get a new truck so I can pick up his truck.
