Well good news and bad news.

Good? I'm inspected till Feb 2012, as usual my bud let my tint, cats, and tails slide.

The bad, Dealership told me they could not get a reading of the keyless entry door handle when they plugged into the OBDII port. I dont know why.. I have the keyless system, all they should have had to do is activate it. I have a bad suspicion that someone didn't know what to do and just said F it. If that is the case, I will be pissed. I'm either going to do some more searching, or buy a module from an '06 - '08 and put it in and see if it operates. So progress has been real slow......

On a side note, I had my tailpipe repaired so it would look embarrassing and fail inspection, and I also had my transmission serviced, fluid exchanged or whatever the method where new fluid pushes old fluid through is, + a filter change. Wow it shifts much smoother, couldn't believe the performance and economic difference it made. Runs like a 20,000 mile truck now.

And I broke my front emblem off, kinda glad cause it gives me a tester emblem to monkey with since we can't get overlays anymore since Ford is too sue happy with anyone that dare does. I hated it emblemless with the Roush grill when I first did it in 2009, but with the XDs & Toyos it doesn't look too bad. So it will be the current winter/spring look.

I must say... I kind of like it how you have it. Looks good just all black.

Shitty about the module though. Maybe talk with a different Ford to see if they know what's up.

Before I buy a newer model module, i'm gonna fight it out with the dealer. According to a few posts on the F150 site, the keyless module comes on all XLT & higher trims and all contain they keypad system and are wired for it. Its just a matter of if the tech is willing to do his work.. Which I believe I got waved away by a lazy one.

them painted handles and newer bumper look sick:D

Thanks!
