Well any wear or fouling will be evident as I have 168,000 miles on my dually. So its pretty well broken in.
Gas jobs will run diesel... As far as I know, it doesn't actually hurt them... They just run like absolute crap, and probably get a fair amount of carbon buildup in them, due to the unburnt fuel...
Try that some time and let me know..... I think it's funny how people keep dreaming up stuff to add to the fuel tank as if it might magically be a miracle discovery.
As I posted earlier in this thread, I don't see how a tiny amount can hurt anything. I also don't see how it will do any good. It's sure to spike emissions and too much could kill the cats. Not sure why anybody would bother.
WASTE OF TIME.
You should of pulled the heads and taken a before and after pics.Well 2 tanks and no changes. No ncrease in MPG no idle changes nothing. Might do some cleaning in the engine but nothing noticeable. Check the fuel pressure at the service port no change in fuel pressure. No discoloration or fouling in the plugs. Can't see any noticeable change of an kind. The questions have been answered which is all I was out to do. Just to update you guys. Don't blast me to bad. Just an idea I was open minded and I tried no harm no foul.

Dumping ANY kind of oil in does not clean anything... much less injectors.
