Shit got real today! There's no turning back now....

Notches tacked in and bridge is bolted up.

Got to start working the frame rails inward and get the transition pieces welded in and boxed. This is gonna take a while.

 Dude, you cut it way to short! It is measure twice, cut once!

Alright, I got one side roughed in and tacked in place. Moved the frame rail over a little by pie cutting the upper and lower flange of the rail, then gently pushing the rail into alignment with the notches. Inserted the transition piece and tacked it in, then cut the excess frame rail at the rear of the notch.

I just couldn't live with this much misalignment.

The outcome..

That's all for a few days, I have to work Thursday and Friday.m:D

Got an order of AN fittings in, now I can continue running the air lines.

Started working the passenger side frame rail into place.

Pie cut the upper and lower flanges.

Rail moved over and the transition piece clamped in.

Hours of welding ahead of me.

Starting to look like a frame again.

Got the boxing plate on and began welding it up.
