I wouldn't drive a slammed truck, but I would drive a bagged truck.
Is there a difference? Yes. At least IMO there is. To me, a slammed truck is one that has been lowered a good bit but it's static. The suspension is not adjustable. You see a speed bump? You're screwed because your truck is only 3 inches from the ground.
But air bag suspension is adjustable, and you can raise your truck up some if you want a higher ride height. If I had the cash, I'd do air suspension. But I'm a poor sumbitch and and I can barely afford the damn gas for my truck.
