Yesterday I applied purple power deruster and today put some primer on the truck frame. I can't believe the tires still hold air.

Not very good outcome in having the welder repair 4 rotted holes. He was only able to repair 3 out of 4 holes. Passenger side front cab mount frame wing needs replaced on frame. Welder used 11 gauge steel to weld plates under each hole. The 4th weld was just burning the wing even after turning the heat down on his welder. Someone here local told me to try Dessert Valley Auto Parts in AZ to see if they had a usable replacement wing.

Not kicking you in the nuts here, but I would find a different welder. Who ever welded that has no idea what he's doing.

That not finished. He stopped cause the heat is burning through the wing on the last pic. The rest were welded underneath and tacked on top.

Jesus H joseph and mary. That welder was spittin and kickin all over the place.

Get someone who knows what they are doing... even if the welder is crap.. an experienced welder would not let that kind of work fly.

I still stand behind my first statement.

There is absolutely ZERO prep work done before he started this. Nothing ground down at all, if one of my guys did a job like this I would bitch slap them.

I know you are only quoting back what the welder told you, but with 100% certainty I can tell you he's a hack.
