Here in the Shreveport Area, I can only find one Chain of gas stations that doesn't have Ethanol. Its called Valero or Diamond Shamrock, two names, but they are both the same company. I notice I get about 2 or 3 mpg less when I run gas with 10% or more Ethanol in it. So I almost always fill up at Valero. According to their website, they have a lot of them in the DFW area.
Thanks, Scotty... I appreiciate the info ... but...
All of the Valero / Shamrock stations around here have ethanol.
It is mandated by the Federal Clean Air Act.
Stations that carry non-ethanol fuel are getting scarce here. There is one that I can think of near here but I'm kinda weary about their gas. It's one of those random middle of no where no-name stations....
I haven't seen any no-ethanol stations around here. In fact, there are supposedly some E85 stations not too far away. I know there's one downtown, but thats for NCDOT use only.
