SLIGHT change in my info. It turns out I ONLY have a 250 amp alt. (and had upgraded from a 200 amp alt.) and I had planned accordingly with the matched isolator. :thumbs: OCCASIONALLY I make the right choices the FIRST time when planning things out. :rocker: :naughty:

To answer this question. The overall ended up being a 1/2" shorter making only an extra 1/2" of the drive shaft exposed. (obviously)

I'm looking for the largest (or larger then my factory '02 Silverado) external tans cooler that I can mount in the factory location and use the quick connects. More power to those that have the aftermarket add on that you cut the factory lines and hose clamp rubber lines to it and it works fine...

I'm going through my um teenth transmission redo in my truck:frustration:. I was given a trans and t-case (all I had to do was remove them. THAT was a PITA because of the donor vehicle.:fume:) I trust the 2 guys who gave the set up to me (they are like my brothers) it was rebuilt and ran fine...

The long and short of it is I am swapping out my trans AGAIN. I'm thinking in the long run I should look into going to school part time to learn how to build them and NOT trust ANYONE but me to rebuild. Moving along. One of my little "brothers" had a donor vehicle he blew the head and fwonked...
