Here's the passenger fender, all the rusted areas are behind a piece of plastic trim so that entire part of the fender will be hidden. I'm not sure if it's going to be filled or just blasted and sealed. Got about halfway done with the drivers side. These had several layers so it took a while.

The under and back sides are getting blasted. You can't blast stuff on the outside because it warps metal in weaker areas.

That was before the LS engine was gifted to humanity from the heavens :D

bondo queen.

Bondo is for making panels straight not reversing oxidation, imo. That hole is behind uber cool trim so it doesn't really matter, once it's down to bare metal and sealed it isn't going to rust. It isn't worth buying a new fender fo sho.
