I currently have a Kenwood KDC-X491. It has a USB on the front and Aux input on the back. I love the radio and it has way more buttons on it than these new units do, but if WI ever passes a law requiring a hands free device for driving and talking on a cell phone, I don't want to be up a creak without a paddle.

Hunter, I just realized that both the 794 and 994 are listed as Refurbished on the site. I guess for the extra $27 I'd get it on Amazon brand new. But I'd wait and see what Travis says first.

Found this one. Just like the 794 but it's got Bluetooth. May pull the trigger on that one in case I need a headset down the road

I'm not sure what the difference is between that one and the Excelon version .

If you want to play with one just like any of these listed, Best Buy has one on display.

Got my battery yesterday and insured my truck. It's an Autocraft Silver PN#56-1, paid $86~ for it. Next on the list is a new HU.

If I go with the 445U I will need this. ($36.50 on Amazon). Thinking about paying an extra $50 or so and getting 745U with a direct connection.

Get the 745U. Save yourself trying to find the room and mounting place for that adapter.
