its probably going on the front plate for now.

jim i never had an issue at the tolls even when i had an eztag that was removed and replaced (which supposedly makes it not work anymore) so if it couldnt read the tag it read the rear plate. i havent gotten pulled over for no front plate either. it was just an after thought warning when i got pulled over for tint.

now the only thing thats blatantly illegal on the truck really is the cover that i just got.

Used it as a snowplow.....drove to work at 5am in a foot or more of snow. Valence clearance is 10.5".....have pics to post if my phone stops acting up....had part of the engine bay packed with snow even:ohnoes:

I did a couple 360's in a snow covered parking lot this morning. That was fun being a kid again.

Just drove it today. Had to get the third chip fixed in the windshield yesterday. Either this truck has really soft glass that chips easy, or there is more cinders/crap on the road this year than last (which I doubt since we haven't had nearly as much snow).

You may want to try diamond fusion on your windshield. It's supposed to strengthen the windshield so it is resistant to cracking. We use it at work but I'm not sure how effective it is. :dunno:

Dropped the tranny pan, changed thebtrans filter and pan gasket. Changed the rear tranny seal and greased the fittings on the driveshaft. Oh and a new fuel filter

Nutin. I miss driving it :crybaby:
At least I'm not the only one :crybaby:

I should add that the wash I gave it yesterday didn't last very long. You can't even tell it was washed :(.

i hate when that happens....

that remonds me, i need to wash mine:rolleyes:
All I care is that it lasts at least a couple days. It didn't even make it 18hrs this time .

Pushed some snow
Holy crap Ken . How much snow did you get? I'm sure the good old trusty GMT-400 didn't let you down .

On the front plate thingy...I really don't mind having one. Mostly because my truck's bumper is specifically for a plate (the rub strip has notches in it and there are four holes for the bracket). Some vehicles though are really hard to tell that they even have the holes for the bracket. I'm not sure if you get ticketed in WI for not having one. :dunno:
