Sorry guys, i gave updates in my HID thread and not here. 
So anyways pretty much almost 100% sure i overheated the ballasts, due to being located underhood (a crammed superduty diesel hood...) and well the ballasts are done, i have new ones on the way (more heavy duty raptor ballasts), will have next week, will install and advise, will be installing them in a much cooler location as previous.
i considerend warranty, but after paying shipping to send back (stupid living in canada thing, i tell yah!
) i`d only save about $30, and i`d have to wait for confirmation of warranty, so i sucked it up and went the better route (the one i should have from the first place!!) getting better ballasts. will install and advise.

hmmm $80.00 bucks for my high/low and fogs in 35w 6k. I think that will be a good buy for my truck.
