yeah scott i want it to not have surface rust.

so heres what i picked up today, found some in a pail. this was the cheaper stuff, there was some premium undercoating available which is paintable but i don`t need to paint it... also got two 3M rust stripper pads, a small foam roller and spare rollers, two small foam brushes and a small general purpose paint brush.

i hope i get time to start this project tommorow, i need to break out my pressure washer i got for my birthday last winter and get rid of any mud or debris from the frame, that should be fun.

Someone's going to be on their back all day.

Fwonk is my back sore. :suicide:

Those rust stripper pads will save your life.

yeah they were more aggrassive than i thought!

I got most of it done but not everything, i was russhed to get to a family outing and don`t have pics, will get some tommorow, and as i complete it during the week. :fingersx:.

I must say this undercoating crap is thick! i wish it was abit more runny, would have been easier to apply, had to resort to the paint brush, the foam stick deals weren`t touch enough and the stuff was too thick to roll on with the foam roller, maybe if it was cloth..:dunno:but it definatley coats what ever it touches. :jester:

:D
